500g cream cheese (I use Tatura)
200g heavy whipping cream (I use Vivo UHT ACE200)
170g castor sugar
4 eggs
20g flour


  1. Whisk cream cheese and sugar together until creamy and smooth.
  2. Add egg one by one and stir.
  3. Add in whipping cream until well mixed.
  4. Add in flour in divided 3 times, and use spatula to fold until the batter is  well mixed.
  5. Pour into a cake pan lined with baking paper, tap to release bubble.
  6. Bake in preheated oven 200°C for 1 hour.
  7. When the cake is done, leave it to cool down and then  keep in the fridge for 1 hour.


When the cake is just out of oven, it will be semi-liquid like, so it’s better to leave it to cool down and keep in the fridge for 1 hour until the texture is more solid form for better taste.
