【脐带血应不应该存？】 【自存脐带血是一个商业骗局吗？】 一直以来，我都会看到很多妈咪在询问关于应不应该存脐带血这个话题。我也看到很多人把自存脐带血看作是一个骗局，拼命的劝说其他人不要踏入这个坑！一般上，存脐带血的爸爸妈妈会有两种矛盾心理，一方面当然希望存的脐带血永远用不着，另一方面如果真的用不着的话就会觉得钱被骗了，感觉钱给了可是什么都没有得到。（其实试想想，即使这笔钱真的“被骗了”，不也是你希望看到最好的结果吗？） 1. 【什么是脐带血？】脐带血是婴儿出生后留在脐带和胎盘中的血液。 脐带血含有红血球、白血球、血小板和血浆。更重要的是，它里面含有一种很原始的细胞叫做造血干细胞（hematopoietic stem cells ）可用于治疗某些疾病。 2. 【脐带血可以拿来做什么？】脐带血里的干细胞主要可以拿来治疗一些遗传性疾病，自身免疫性疾病，血液疾病，和恶性肿瘤疾病。但是要切记，它不是包治百病的。 3. 【脐带血到底是留给自己用还是别人用?】大部分父母想储存脐带血的目的是想给孩子一个保障，希望未来万一孩子得了疾病可以靠这个脐带血治疗。可是其实脐带血用可以在胎儿本身的机率比用在别人的机率更低。虽然说用回自己的脐带血是100%配对的，不会出现排斥。可是因为有些可以用脐带血干细胞的疾病是基因遗传的，也就是说干细胞本身就存在同样的问题，因为拥有同样的基因，患者也就用不到自己的脐带血来治疗。 4. 【哪些疾病是胎儿本身的脐带血用不到的？】 孩子自己的干细胞不能用来治疗本身地中海贫血这类的遗传性疾病。 5. 【脐带血可以收多久？】脐带血干细胞可以无限期地存储在液氮(liquid nitrogen)，零下摄氏196度中。它们可以存储多长时间没有限制。 根据目前的数据表明，储存了15年的干细胞仍然可以成功用于移植。 6. 【脐带血干细胞收取的容量和细胞量是多少？可以足够给予到多少岁的患者？是不是只适合小孩子？】脐带血的一个缺点是它的容量和干细胞含量很少。新生儿脐带血一般有50至100毫升，含数百万个干细胞，这对幼儿或少年患者是足够的，如果成人需要移植，可能需要合并几个不同的脐带血增加干细胞的数量。 7. 【哪一种孕妇和胎儿的情况不适合存脐带血？】孕妇：恶性肿瘤及各种遗传性疾病，Hepatitis B & Ｃ，梅毒&AIDS等传染性疾病，妊娠期内严重合并症。胎儿 ： 早产，体重过轻，畸形。 8. …
